Statutory Applications refers to applications made by councils that are statutorily required by legislation. Statutory applications can relate to:

• Compulsory acquisitions
• Boundary alterations
• Leases, licences & other estates
• Local approvals policies

All statutory applications are to be sent to the Office of Local Government. It is important when submitting applications that all the required information is included, to ensure timely processing of the application.
